Our newly refurbished North Block is now back in action! The students have settled back in to the new Science classrooms and are super excited about the new look. Check out the video below for a sneak peak of our latest renovated learning space.

Pupils from our Student Council have been mingling at the Healing Village Hall Senior Lunch, serving hot drinks and cakes, and enjoying a cuppa while swapping stories with village residents. Everyone had a lovely afternoon and there were plenty of smiles… (but not many left over cakes!)

Always a highlight of the Academic year, World Book Day was celebrated at Healing Academy, alongside all the other schools in the Trust. Our Videographer travelled around Lincolnshire to capture some incredible outfits, engaging activities and even a visit from the Mighty Mariner!

Our Year 7’s had a brilliant day competing in the National Careers Challenge.
Working in teams of 6, students completed a series of different tasks around a topic set by the ’employer’, including, idea generation, design, promotion, marketing and a dragons den style pitch.
There were some awesome eco and sustainable ideas and pupils thoroughly enjoyed competing and working as a team to get their pitches together. Our videographer was there to capture it all!

Our first video update from our CEO, Mr Richard Briggs introduces himself and tells us a little about what’s been happening within the Trust, as well as his plans for the future.

Massive congratulations to our Yr 8 and Yr 9 Basketball squads. We are proud to announce that the A team are now the Grimsby and Cleethorpes U14 Basketball Champions!
Fantastic win boys!

Congratulations to our dedicated Healing Hornets for their outstanding performance at the Annual Fierce Fest 2024 in the Auditorium over the weekend. The girls demonstrated their new routine to a capacity crowd, creating an electrifying atmosphere through their hard work and determination over a short period of time.

We were privileged to witness several of our own students in the Fierce Elite teams, including our former Healing High Flyers cheerleader Betty, who has transitioned to perform for Lincoln Jets and nationally for Fierce Elite.

How proud are we of Year 11 pupil, Rio who is the under 16s 50m backstroke British Champion! This is a title he retains from last year as under 15s. He is also the fastest under 16 years 50m backstroke in Great Britain ever! Even more amazingly, this was achieved following a chest infection and taking antibiotics the week before.
